Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout if you choose express shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, please note that express shipping options may not be available for P.O. boxes and certain military addresses.
Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Brivex Store not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at brivex.motorcycle@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us at brivex.motorcycle@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.
